Yes, we do!
For in-store pickup we usually have your items ready same day or the next day. We offer pickup during our normal business hours. 

Free shipping is usually sent via USPS First Class mail and may take up to 7 days (or longer) to arrive, including our processing time and the shipping time. 

If you need something sooner than our standard shipping timeline above, we offer many other shipping options in our checkout. If you are in a big hurry or have questions, Contact Us and we can usually work with you to figure out the best shipping options for your needs. 

When ordering multiple items, they will all be shipped together to the shipping address provided. If for some reason, all items are not available at the time of the order, we will contact you with shipping options.

We provide insurance on all our shipments. For some higher priced items, that will mean that you have to be there to receive the item as we require a signature for delivery per our insurance.

You may exchange new, unworn items within 45 days of delivery for store credit. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. If you need to exchange an item, please Contact Us and include your order number and details about the product(s) you would like to return. We will get back to you with instructions on how to return items.

The jewelry we sell is either made on site in our gallery or in the studio of the artists we carry. All of the work we sell is either one-of-a-kind or part of a very small, limited edition production.

The other art and gifts we carry are also from studio artists or small indepenedant brands that are either hands-on producing their work, such as with our ceramacists and glass artists, or personally oversee the production of items such as the art prints we carry.

Resonsibly sourcing, especially within the jewelry industry, is incredibly important to our work. We are committed to sourcing our gemstones and metals from sources that provide transparency into the process. We stongly reccomend that you insure your high value jewelry. We can provide receipts and appraisals for your insurance company for those items.

• We offer a one year guarantee against any manufacturer's defect in material or craftsmanship. We do not cover any replacement or repairs due to neglect, abuse, loss, theft, or normal wear and tear.
• We are happy to replace a small stone (melee stones under 0.05ct) within the first year. However, we do not offer replacement of a stone if it is lost due to bent or damaged prongs.

We have some information on jewelry sizing at the bottom of our education page. In addtion, if you are looking for a ring size, you can buy one of our ring sizers and have it mailed to you or stop in the gallery in person to get sized.
